Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users
Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates
Editing the map content
Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist
Cooperation within the team
Handle day to day transactions/tickets using client provided tools, guidelines and policies
Good communication skills
English + Hebrew at least B2 level + one of these languages: Italian, German, French, Dutch or any Scandinavian.

Ability to take decisions based on certain evidence and resources provided by the client
Capability of research and identification of the right information
