GERMAN SPEAKING SERVICE DESK SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a position for our new project

• IT service desk - support & monitoring
• Effective communication with corporate clients (Business to Business customers ) from German speaking countries
• Investigating issues
• Problem management (troubleshooting technical issues over the phone)
• The role requires working on day and night shifts to provide Mon – Sunday 24/7 coverage (night shifts are needed only several days in a month)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Quick learner who easily applies problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis
• Understanding and clarification of customers’ needs
• Verbal and written communication in English and German
• Communication skills
• Use of customer-centric language
• Understanding and clarification of customers’ needs
• Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining composure
• MS Office experience
