Infosys Brno is growing - and together with growth of the business, we need to ensure quality of our service delivery is growing accordingly.
Therefore, our Centre Quality team is looking for a new reinforcement.
This role does not require previous experience within the field, what we will appreciate is representing behavior, interest in Quality (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO 9001) and administrative/methodical skills.
-supporting on implementation of Infosys quality framework
-creating reports and driving missing actions to closure
-working with tables/excel sheets
-organizing and providing trainings
-performing ad-hoc administrative tasks (presentations, trainings, case studies, floor visuals etc.)
-communicating with internal stakeholders
-strong communication and presentation skills
-willingness to learn
-English knowledge at least on B2 level
-detail- and result-oriented personality
-stable, international environment
