Starting a new job is not easy for anybody. We try to make new colleagues more comfortable and spend more time with them in the first three months of employment.
- At the very start there is the Induction Training, where you will recieve information about our company, its systems, culture and general office environment.
- People who are new to the city or country also get a copy of the Guidebook for Foreigners. The center head of our office also meets new employees during their first few weeks on the job.
- The door to HR is always open and they will provide additional information if needed. You will be invited for a few meetings with HR to have a discussion and get feedback on your first few months.
The adaption period is closed with the Team Lead discussion.
